Brynr is a seasoned executive with over 12 years of experience in sales, operations, and business management. As Regional Vice President at M & C Assemblies, Inc., he led a vast operational network, overseeing hundreds of employees and independent contractors while driving revenue growth from $3 million to over $70 million within five years. His expertise lies in optimizing business operations, developing high-performing teams, and forging strong relationships with major corporations, including Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Walmart. Brynr excels in strategic planning and operational execution, ensuring that businesses thrive under his leadership. His ability to scale operations, implement innovative solutions, and foster sustainable business growth makes him an invaluable asset in any acquisition.

James Rydjeski, CPA

James brings a strong financial and analytical background to Garnett Enterprises. As a practicing CPA with a Master’s degree in Accounting from BYU’s Marriott School of Business, as well as experience at large companies like Deloitte and SAIC, he has developed deep expertise in financial planning, risk management, and internal controls. His experience includes advising investment management firms, optimizing pricing strategies, and performing complex financial analyses. James's keen eye for financial health and strategic planning ensures that every business acquired by Garnett Enterprises operates with fiscal strength and long-term viability. His analytical prowess and leadership in financial management provide a strong foundation for sustained business success.
